Dortmund duo in demand as Barcelona track Pulisic and Man City chase Weigl

Borussia Dortmund youngsters Christian Pulisic and Julian Weigl have been making waves with a series of outstanding performances in recent months, and their form has not gone unnoticed.

Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo reports that Barcelona are tracking Pulisic, Dortmund's 18-year-old U.S. international, as they plan for the future.
Citing the summer signings of Lucas Digne and Samuel Umtiti, 23 and 22 respectively, Mundo claims Barca are seeking to avoid the possibility of any players resting on their laurels.
Pulisic, who made his first-team debut for Dortmund in January, has appeared in eight games so far this season, scoring one goal and contributing three assists.
Meanwhile, The Sun reports that Pep Guardiola had been "keeping tabs" on Weigl while coaching Bayern Munich and is interested in bringing him to Manchester City in the summer.
Guardiola will "test Dortmund's resolve" with a £20 million bid but could have his work cut out, with BVB determined to keep the 21-year-old and set to offer him a brand new contract.
Weigl's fast advance has seen him get to be vital to Dortmund coach Thomas Tuchel's arrangements. The Germany International is in his second season as a regular starter for the club and scored his first professional goal for them in the Champions League win at Sporting Lisbon. 
Real Madrid likewise have been reported to be keen on signing Weigl, however Dortmund sporting dorector Michael Zorc has said he needs to commit the previous 1860 Munich player to a long term deal and fight off would-be suitors.
Zorc added: "We are not pressed for time because he feels extremely comfortable here."
